Our Classes

We strive to offer our community opportunities to explore spirituality or self-care in various ways. Soundbaths give them the opportunity to explore themselves in a different way. Singing bowls have been used for many years. Each bowl represents a different chakara. We bring everything with us to each section. There are other instruments used when needed.
